Warm-Up
10 minCoach-led warm-up activating the muscles you're about to use. No winging it.
Skill or Strength
15–20 minPractice a movement or build strength in a specific lift with real-time coaching feedback.
The WOD
10–25 minThe Workout of the Day — intense, scaled to your level, different every day.
Cool Down
5–10 minStretching, mobility work, and everyone checking in on each other.
